About
We build useful software for everyday life.
Colt Platform Ltd is an independent software company, incorporated in England and Wales in October 2026.
We start with the routines people come back to every day. The first is cooking, and our first product is Recipes & Notes, now in private testing ahead of its App Store release in December 2026.
How we work
-
Useful first
We build for things people already do, and judge a feature by whether it helps in practice, not by how it sounds.
-
Honest about what is ready
We describe what our products do today. Anything still in testing is called that until it ships.
-
Yours to control
Where we can, our apps work without an account. Signing in is there when you want backup and sync, not as the price of entry.
